Agreement to Terms
BY INSTALLING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE APP OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS OF USE AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO USE THE APP OR SERVICES, AND YOU MUST NOT USE THEM.
About Us
Ticket Label comprises various group companies operating globally. We are a disclosed ticketing agent selling tickets via our Services on behalf of promoters, organizers, managers, artists, and venues of music, entertainment, sports, and similar events (the "Event Partners").

- No transfer or sublicense rights
Liability and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not responsible for Event Partner actions
- Limited liability for service interruptions
- No responsibility for third-party content
- Maximum liability limited to amount paid for tickets
