Will I be informed about a canceled or postponed event and if so how?

If an event is postponed or canceled, Ticketlabel or the event organizer will send an email to all customers with tickets for the event in question.

How do I get my money back if an event is canceled or postponed?

If an event is canceled, we will refund you the original ticket price.

Are the service costs reimbursed if an event is canceled or postponed?

Unfortunately not. Ticketlabel itself has no influence on this and these costs have already been incurred during the transaction.

I did not receive tickets (by e-mail) after purchasing one or more tickets. What now?

The dispatch process of the tickets can be delayed sometimes in the event of a lot of traffic on our servers. In addition to this, always check your spam box.

If you have not received your tickets after 24 hours, we advise you to contact us. Send us an e-mail and state your name, e-mail address and the date of purchase in this e-mail.
